IATF 16949:2016
IATF 16949 is a Quality Management System for the Automotive industry.
Established on the ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 system, it is a system that defines the special requests of automobile manufacturers and certifies the quality.
It determines the quality system requirements for the design, development, production, assembly and service of automotive related products.
ISO 9001:2015
The ISO 9000 standard series was prepared as an International Standard in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and revised in 1994, 2000 and 2008. The 2015 revision, which was completed with the principle of revising the standards every five years and revising them according to the conditions of the day, entered into force.
The main reason for the ISO 9001:2015 revision is to provide organizations with the opportunity to add value to their activities and to increase performance continuously. The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard, which is based on the principles of customer focus, leadership, employee participation, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management, defines the conditions for customer satisfaction and ensuring valid legal requirements.
ISO 14001:2015
The International Standardization Organization (ISO) reviews the standards every 5 years and revises them in line with the needs. Finally, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard, published by ISO in September 2015, was published as the Turkish Standard (TS EN ISO 14001:2015) in January 2016 by the Turkish Standards Institute.
The main reasons for revising the standard are changing business models, organizations operating in more complex supply chains, and changing customer expectations. The TS EN ISO 14001:2015 version of the Environmental Management System standard provides increased recognition to organizations that need to consider internal and external issues such as climate change and competitive environment.
ISO 45001:2018
The ISO 45001- Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard published by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) in March 2018 was published by TSE as TS ISO 45001:2018 as a Turkish Standard in April 2018.
TS ISO 45001:2018- Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard;
- Enabling organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces,
- Prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases in the establishment
- Increasing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
- Strengthening the organizational structure,
- To ensure the continuous improvement of the created system
It is a standard that has been prepared in a high-level structure with the aim of replacing TS 18001 and is valid in the international platform.
EN 1090 CONFORMITY FACTORY PRODUCTION CONTROL CERTIFICATE
This certificate attests that all provisions concerning the assessment and verification of constancy of performance described in Annex ZA of the harmonized standard EN 1090-1 :2009+A 1 :2011. Under system 2+ are applied, and that the factory production control fulfills all the prescribed requirements stated therein.
