Water Jet Cutting Applications
We started our operational activities in cutting maximum size of 2000×4000 mm and up to 200 mm thickness in order to produce solutions for the cutting of non-metallic materials with the water jet cutting applications that we put into service as of 2016. Today, as Bronz Otomotiv, we are able to provide angled cuts with 4000 bar cutting pressure and 2.5D movable head.
Advantages of Water Jet Cutting
-Some advantages of cutting by water jet compared to cutting laser; cutting diameter is too small (0.3-1 mm) by this means there is less loss of material and can be made detailed cuts.
-There is no heat input to the raw material to be cut during cutting, thus the
physical properties of the part cut off do not change.
-Almost all solid materials can be cut.
